Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Admin - Product Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform product installations and configurations in Salesforce customer environments
- Troubleshoot installation issues and collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve blockers
- Continuously evaluate and improve the product installation process, identifying areas for efficiency and quality improvement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience using Jira for task management and project tracking
- Proactive mindset, a self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't wait for direction
- Passion for customer experience with a strong desire to develop into a team lead role
