Job Summary
Acting as a Salesforce Administrator and configuration developer, the full-time remote Specialist in Digital Product Management will manage day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, focusing on production support and product enhancement projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user support requests, troubleshooting production issues related to Salesforce functionality
- Manage user and license administration, including roles, profiles, permissions, and Flow-based automation configuration
- Design and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards to provide stakeholders with visibility into operational performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, with knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Flow configuration, custom reports, dashboards, and bulk data management using Data Loader
- Familiarity with deployment tools like Gearset and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
