Job Summary

Supporting CMG's Salesforce platform, the full-time Enterprise Applications Analyst - Salesforce will administer and configure the system, resolve issues, and manage changes while working closely with the Product Owner to align priorities and ensure platform integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce users, profiles, and security settings while ensuring compliance with least-privilege principles
• Translate technical requests into configuration designs and manage changes from design through testing and deployment
• Monitor Flow automation, address user complaints, and collaborate with Software Engineering on complex automation tasks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Flow and troubleshooting capabilities
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification or ability to obtain it within six months of hire
• Experience with GitHub Issues and Projects, as well as permission sets and field-level security
