Job Summary
As a Salesforce Administrator on the Sales Operations team, the full-time remote position will manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce processes while focusing on building and debugging Flows, requiring a Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Ops and adjacent teams to support Salesforce initiatives and gather requirements
- Design, build, test, implement, and maintain various types of Flows that meet business requirements
- Troubleshoot and debug existing Flows, ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related role
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows
- Working knowledge of Salesforce components, including custom objects and validation rules
- Experience managing multiple Salesforce environments and security settings
