Job Summary
To support a collaborative team, the full-time remote Mid Salesforce Configurator/Administrator will configure business rules, build caseload transfer capabilities, and extend reporting sets while ensuring compliance with Guard and Reserve eligibility.
Key responsibilities
- Configure Guard and Reserve business rules related to eligibility windows and compliance
- Build functionality for transferring departing counselors' caseloads without losing audit trails
- Extend reporting capabilities and implement record archiving for program-completed members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or associate's degree with 2+ years of additional experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator; Platform App Builder preferred
- Experience with declarative Salesforce build and Flow Builder
- Familiarity with Service Cloud and federal experience
