Job Summary

To support a collaborative team, the full-time remote Senior Salesforce Configurator/Administrator will manage the development of various Salesforce functionalities, including counselor workspaces, waiver workflows, and compliance dashboards, while ensuring adherence to permission sets and profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the counselor workspace, including caseload views and member records
• Develop the tier assignment screen and waiver workflow for counselors
• Create reports and a compliance dashboard while implementing permission sets according to design specifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or associate's degree with 4+ years of additional experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant; Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder preferred
• Experience with Federal or Department of Defense programs, including data loading and migration
• Must be able to pass a US Government background check
