Job Summary
To support the ongoing delivery and enhancement of the Salesforce platform, the full-time Sr. Salesforce Administrator will manage platform configuration, stakeholder engagement, and production support while ensuring high-quality releases, with Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration and enhancement of Sales and Service Cloud functionalities
- Collaborate with business teams and AMS-partner to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage incidents to ensure platform performance
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of Sales and Service Cloud capabilities
- Proven experience in project implementations and production support
- Understanding of integrations with upstream/downstream systems
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Admin and/or Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certification is a strong plus
