Salesforce AI Automation Lead
Job Summary
Leading the development of AI-powered solutions, the full-time Salesforce AI Automation Lead will design, implement, and optimize automations and integrations within the Salesforce platform while working remotely to enhance operational efficiency and support company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations to streamline business processes across various departments
- Develop and implement AI voice agents for customer-facing workflows, including handling inbound calls and dispatch coordination
- Maintain and optimize the Salesforce environment while identifying opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience
- Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying AI agents or automation solutions in production environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Flow, and automation best practices
- Proficiency with Apex, APIs, and third-party system integrations
- Proven ability to independently manage technical projects from inception to implementation
