Job Summary
To support a growing operational AI transformation, the full-time Salesforce AI Solutions Lead will own end-to-end solution design and execution for the Agentforce ecosystem, focusing on Apex development, Flow architecture, and cross-functional leadership in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy custom Agentforce solutions including Omni-Channel Service Agents and Sales Lead Nurturing Agents
- Configure and optimize Omni-Channel escalation paths to transition interactions from AI agents to human representatives
- Gather operational requirements and translate them into formal technical pitches and architecture blueprints for development
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce technical experience with expertise in Apex development and advanced Flow Builder
- Proven track record of shipping AI agents from design to production in a live environment
- Hands-on experience building or deploying Agentforce agents
- Direct experience configuring Omni-Channel routing and escalation flows
- Experience leveraging Data 360 for grounding and session tracing
