Salesforce and MuleSoft Release Manager

Job Summary

To manage enterprise releases and implement automated CI/CD pipelines across Salesforce and MuleSoft environments, the full-time remote Salesforce and MuleSoft Release Manager will coordinate releases, maintain deployment pipelines, and ensure quality and security standards while improving release efficiency across multiple development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate Salesforce and MuleSoft releases across various environments, leading release readiness reviews and post-deployment validation activities
• Design, develop, and maintain GitHub Actions workflows to automate Salesforce and MuleSoft deployments, ensuring quality gates and security controls are integrated
• Maintain release documentation, change records, and audit trails in accordance with internal change management and ITIL requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce release management, DevOps, or deployment engineering, with at least 3 years in a hands-on DevOps or release lead role
• Proven experience deploying Salesforce organizations and MuleSoft applications across multiple environments in an enterprise setting
• Strong expertise in Git and GitHub, including branching, merging, and repository administration
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including YAML workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
