Job Summary
Managing enterprise releases remotely, the full-time Salesforce and MuleSoft Release Manager will implement automated CI/CD pipelines, coordinate releases, and ensure quality and security standards across Salesforce and MuleSoft environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate Salesforce and MuleSoft releases across various environments
- Create and maintain deployment runbooks, rollback plans, and release notes for regular and emergency changes
- Design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows to validate, test, and deploy Salesforce metadata and MuleSoft applications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce release management or DevOps, with at least 3 years in a hands-on role
- Proven experience deploying Salesforce organizations and MuleSoft applications in an enterprise setting
- Strong expertise in Git and GitHub, including branching and merging strategies
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
