Salesforce Application Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and hands-on development of Mozilla's Salesforce platform, the full-time Staff Application Engineer, Salesforce will build and manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud to support enterprise product lines, working remotely and collaborating with implementation partners.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a scalable Salesforce architecture covering data models, security, and integrations
• Develop a prioritized roadmap for lead-to-cash capabilities and deliver secure AI-assisted workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address business problems and prioritize platform investments

Required qualifications

• At least eight years in Salesforce engineering, administration, or architecture
• Experience leading the implementation and operation of a complex Salesforce environment
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce's declarative capabilities and hands-on experience with Apex and SOQL
• Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes and experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
