Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
To support the Department of Veterans Affairs' mission, the remote full-time Salesforce Architect will design, implement, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership and mentoring within Agile Scrum teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and platform best practices
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation approaches
- Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of Salesforce platform experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration
- Experience designing Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling and security models
- Experience supporting integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms
