Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
As the technical leader in a full-time remote capacity, the Salesforce Architect will manage the design, documentation, and governance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and integration across enterprise systems while overseeing development standards and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Define and enforce the enterprise architecture framework and development standards for the Salesforce platform
- Design enterprise integration architectures and manage the platform's security and compliance posture
- Mentor senior developers and oversee the DevOps pipeline and Agile governance processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, with progress toward Certified Technical Architect (CTA) pathway
- 8+ years of technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including 2+ years in an architectural or technical lead role
- Proven experience with complex enterprise-level integration patterns and large data volume environments
- Extensive background in advanced programmatic development (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components) and security compliance
