Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
Serving as the technical leader, the full-time remote Salesforce Architect will design and govern the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and compliance while overseeing both in-house and third-party development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce enterprise architecture frameworks and development standards for the Salesforce platform
- Lead the design of robust integration architectures and manage the platform's security and compliance posture
- Mentor technical teams, drive the DevOps pipeline, and oversee the technical roadmap within an Agile framework
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, with progress toward the Certified Technical Architect (CTA) pathway
- 8+ years of technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including 2+ years in an architectural or technical lead role
- Proven experience in designing enterprise-level integration patterns and managing large data volumes
- Expertise in advanced programmatic development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
