Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
Serving as the technical leader, the full-time remote Salesforce Architect will design, document, and govern the Salesforce platform while providing architectural guidance, ensuring compliance, and overseeing both in-house and third-party development efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Define and enforce the enterprise architecture framework and development standards for the Salesforce platform
- Design robust integration architectures and manage the platform's security model and compliance posture
- Mentor senior developers and oversee the DevOps pipeline, driving the technical roadmap within an Agile framework
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or progress towards Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- 8+ years of technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in an architectural or technical lead role
- Proven experience with large data volume solutions and advanced programmatic development (Apex, SOQL, LWC)
- Expertise in modern CI/CD practices and automated deployment environments
