Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for a mission-critical federal Salesforce implementation, the full-time remote Salesforce Architect will design scalable solutions, partner with stakeholders, and guide delivery teams to ensure architecture aligns with business requirements and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, ensuring security and maintainability
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to validate requirements and prepare user stories for development
- Provide technical direction to development teams and review solution designs, data models, and integration patterns
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead developer role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security practices
