Job Summary
To provide architectural guidance and technical direction, the full-time remote Salesforce Architect will design and govern the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance while mentoring development teams and overseeing integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce enterprise architecture frameworks and development standards for the Salesforce platform
- Architect and oversee integration solutions, ensuring robust data synchronization and security governance
- Mentor senior developers and manage the DevOps pipeline, driving technical roadmaps within an Agile framework
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, with progress toward Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- 8+ years of technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including 2+ years in an architectural role
- Proven experience with complex enterprise-level integration patterns and handling large data volumes
- Expertise in advanced programmatic development, including Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
