Job Summary
To provide architectural guidance and technical direction for the Salesforce platform, the full-time remote Salesforce Architect will oversee design, documentation, governance, and scalability, ensuring the development team can focus on feature implementation while maintaining security and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Define and enforce development standards and governance frameworks for the Salesforce platform
- Architect enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions and oversee integration architectures across systems
- Mentor senior developers and govern the DevOps pipeline, ensuring modern CI/CD practices are followed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, with progress toward Certified Technical Architect (CTA) pathway
- 8+ years of technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including 2+ years in an architectural role
- Proven experience with complex enterprise-level integration patterns and handling large data volumes
- Expertise in advanced programmatic development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
