Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
To provide architectural guidance and technical direction for the Salesforce platform, the full-time remote Salesforce Architect will design scalable solutions, oversee integrations, and establish development standards while mentoring development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and enforce the long-term enterprise architecture framework and development standards for the Salesforce platform
- Design robust integration architectures and manage the platform's security model and compliance posture
- Mentor senior developers and oversee the technical roadmap within the Agile framework, addressing complex technical issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect, with progress toward Certified Technical Architect (CTA) pathway
- 8+ years of technical experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including 2+ years in an architectural or technical lead role
- Proven experience with complex enterprise-level integration patterns and large data volumes
- Extensive knowledge of advanced programmatic development, security compliance, and modern CI/CD practices
