Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
Serving as the technical leader for the Salesforce platform, the full-time remote Salesforce Architect will design and govern the architecture, oversee integrations, ensure security compliance, and mentor development teams while maintaining a scalable and resilient enterprise ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Define and enforce the long-term enterprise architecture framework and development standards for the Salesforce platform
- Design enterprise integration architectures and manage the platform's security model and compliance posture
- Mentor senior developers and oversee the DevOps pipeline and Agile technical roadmap
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, progressing toward Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- 8+ years of technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in an architectural or technical lead role
- Extensive experience in advanced programmatic development and designing complex enterprise-level integration patterns
- Proven hands-on delivery of Salesforce AI solutions and expertise in system design and optimization
