Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, the full-time Digital CRM Architect will focus on system integration, data migration, and architecture oversight across various Salesforce clouds while collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications
- Lead end-to-end architecture including system integration, data migration, and governance
- Establish Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and platform optimization standards while mentoring development teams
Required qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and MuleSoft integrations
