Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect for a permanent remote position, the candidate will lead and guide the development team in customizing Salesforce solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions focused on sales and service cloud.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and guide the development team in Salesforce customization and platform development
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members on Salesforce best practices and troubleshoot any issues related to customizations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead or Associate Architect with at least 2 end-to-end project implementations
- Strong expertise in Salesforce development, particularly in sales and service cloud
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred
