Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a Salesforce team, fostering a collaborative culture
- Oversee the Salesforce SDLC, ensuring best practices in development and deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to engineer scalable solutions and automate business functions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM management with a focus on SDLC and team leadership
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer with knowledge of Salesforce architecture
- Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools
