Job Summary
Collaborating with business stakeholders, the full-time Salesforce Business Analyst will assist in shaping, prioritizing, and delivering solutions related to the Market to Sales workstream while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business counterparts to define and prioritize Market to Sales functional requirements
- Translate functional and business requirements into actionable solution designs
- Participate in the design, prototyping, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Proficient in Salesforce administration tasks and automation using Salesforce Lightning Flows
- Knowledge of Agile software development processes, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with end-to-end system integrations and business system landscapes
- Understanding of SaaS subscription contract lifecycles and Salesforce CPQ impacts on billing systems
