Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Salesforce Business Analyst will gather requirements, document processes, and validate Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet federal customer needs and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Join requirements gathering sessions to capture business needs and document current and future state process flows
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for developers, and support user acceptance testing by creating test scripts and logging defects
- Map business requirements to Salesforce functionality and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a business analyst, Salesforce admin, or in a similar role
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, including standard objects and basic declarative configuration
- Experience writing user stories or requirements documentation
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- U.S. Citizenship
