Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the analysis and documentation of business and system requirements, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and analysis
- Assist in developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications while maintaining requirements traceability
- Support Salesforce implementations and document configurations, workflows, and business rules
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, IT support, or a related field
- Understanding of business analysis principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and basic understanding of Salesforce platform concepts
- Proficiency with requirements tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
