Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Business Analyst will manage business requests, lead requirements sessions, and ensure backlog readiness while collaborating across various departments to enhance enterprise applications centered around Salesforce and related systems.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the intake of business requests, clarifying problems and preparing work for the delivery backlog
- Run requirements sessions and document current-state and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and improvements
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, ensuring work is well-defined and prioritized before sprint planning
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of business analysis experience with enterprise business applications
- 3+ years of hands-on business analysis on Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ
- Strong experience in Agile Scrum environments, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
