Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) remotely, the full-time salaried Salesforce Business Analyst will analyze and document business processes, capture requirements, and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and communicate system and business processes, ensuring user stories include validation criteria for testing
• Break down roadmaps into epics and user stories, verifying completion of requirements with customers and service providers
• Provide support during the implementation phase, including the development of training resources and documenting workflows based on business requirements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business processes, re-engineering, and capturing requirements
• 3+ years of experience capturing and writing user stories in a system engineering or software application environment
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Bachelor's degree or higher, with preferred Salesforce certification
• Experience working in a Scrum or SAFe Agile environment
