Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading complex requirements gathering and process design, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Analyst will optimize the Lead-to-Cash process, leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, and streamline collaboration with Slack while shaping actionable insights through Tableau.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops and author user stories and functional specifications for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to validate technical deliverables and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts and support IT governance and release management strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (IT emphasis), or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience, including 3+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience with Lead-to-Cash implementations in enterprise manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Slack App integration, and Tableau analytics
- Strong knowledge of security models, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP APIs
