Salesforce Business Process Manager
Job Summary
Working fully remotely, the full-time salaried Salesforce Business Process Manager will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, managing Salesforce product backlogs, facilitating agile processes, and driving platform enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog while defining and communicating product vision and roadmap
- Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, facilitating sprint planning and stakeholder reviews
- Manage platform support and enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational KPIs
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms with advanced knowledge in Salesforce Administration
- 3+ years of experience functioning as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager
- Proficiency in Salesforce automation capabilities, including Flow Builder and declarative automation best practices
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, with experience in leading UAT activities
- Experience supporting platform integrations and managing user permissions and security settings in Salesforce
