Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will lead requirements gathering, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and manage process improvements while ensuring effective sprint operations and user support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Facilitate alignment among multiple teams, resolving conflicts and managing expectations regarding project scope and timelines
• Document current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and oversee the full UAT lifecycle for enhancements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a BSA, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce-adjacent role in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Ability to navigate competing stakeholder priorities and resolve cross-team conflicts
• Proven organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
• Familiarity with Agile sprint management using Jira and knowledge of Salesforce CPQ/NUE, NetSuite, or Boomi is a plus
