Salesforce Certified Product Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance healthcare delivery through technology, the full-time Salesforce Certified Product Analyst will manage stakeholder relationships, design Salesforce solutions, and support the ongoing maintenance of a customized Salesforce ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Build and configure Salesforce components using declarative tools and participate in design sessions for product enhancements
- Manage escalated user support tickets and execute end-to-end testing to ensure functionality and data integrity
Required qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce in complex environments
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows and Validation Rules
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Field Service (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Apex, LWCs, Aura components, and Visualforce
