Salesforce Certified Software Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of an automated contact center solution, the full-time Salesforce Certified Software Developer will build and maintain configurations and integrations on Salesforce and Agentforce while collaborating with the testing team in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration and development across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, and implementation
• Build custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows to deliver contact center workflows and automations
• Develop and maintain integrations across various platforms using REST and SOAP APIs, and troubleshoot production issues

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, current and in good standing
• Minimum of three years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Component development
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, current and in good standing, or the ability to obtain it prior to Agentforce development work
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent relevant experience in information systems, business administration, or computer science
• Public Trust Low Risk suitability, or the ability to begin and complete the Public Trust Low Risk suitability process at award
