Job Summary
Serving as the designated Key Personnel technical lead, the full-time remote Senior Software Developer / Manager will own the software development lifecycle for an automated contact center solution on Salesforce, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the software development lifecycle for the automated contact center solution on Salesforce
- Serve as the primary Salesforce technical point of contact and design authority within the Salesforce Center of Excellence
- Lead Agentforce implementation and manage the release pipeline and quality gates
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, current and in good standing, held prior to award
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, current and in good standing, held prior to award
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in information systems, business administration, or computer science
- Public Trust Low Risk suitability or ability to complete the suitability process at award
- Minimum of five years of relevant Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
