Salesforce Certified Testing Manager

Job Summary

Leading the platform and AI testing program, the full-time remote Software Testing Manager will manage the software testing team, own the quality and testing strategy for the Salesforce contact center solution, and ensure compliance with quality gates in the release pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the software and AI testing program for the Salesforce and Agentforce contact center solution, covering various testing types
• Establish and run the Agentforce / AI evaluation program, including developing test cases and performance benchmarks
• Define and enforce quality gates within the release pipeline, ensuring all changes meet testing and client certification requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of software quality assurance and testing experience, including leadership of testers or test workstreams
• Hands-on experience testing enterprise Salesforce applications and evaluating AI outputs
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, current and in good standing
• At least one additional Salesforce credential (Administrator or higher, or Salesforce Platform Developer)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in information systems, business administration, or computer science preferred
