Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary

To support a USCIS initiative, the full-time remote Salesforce Consultant will collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, document process flows, and deliver customized Salesforce solutions through design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across various clouds and ensure automation is scalable and compliant
• Facilitate discovery sessions to capture requirements and translate them into solution designs and implementation roadmaps
• Provide technical and functional leadership to project teams, mentoring junior consultants and contributing to best practices

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, and one or more Consultant-level certifications required
• 4 years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or implementation experience; minimum 7 years of overall professional experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong business analysis skills with experience in client discovery and requirements definition
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust Clearance; U.S. citizenship required
