Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary

To support a Salesforce initiative, the full-time remote Salesforce Consultant will collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, document process flows, and deliver customized Salesforce solutions through design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across various clouds and ensure alignment with operational processes
• Facilitate discovery sessions to capture business and technical requirements, translating them into solution designs and implementation roadmaps
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, optimizing business processes through automation and best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture/consulting experience, with a minimum of 7 years of overall professional experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, and one or more Consultant-level certifications required
• Experience in DoD/Federal Salesforce environments (IL4/IL5 GovCloud) is preferred
• Strong business analysis skills and experience leading client discovery and requirements definition
• Bachelor's degree required; U.S. citizenship is mandatory
