Salesforce Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance the contact center and agent experience, a fractional Salesforce Consultant will integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce Voice/Service Cloud Voice, providing technical services on a remote contract basis for up to 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Lead assessments and configure Salesforce Voice and Amazon Connect
- Support development involving Lambda, APIs, and event-driven integrations
- Provide troubleshooting, testing, UAT assistance, and deployment support for go-lives
Required qualifications
- Proven expertise in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and Amazon Connect integration
- Experience with Lambda and API development
- Ability to deliver comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer
- Availability for a fractional, as-needed engagement
- Capacity to commit to approximately 160 hours over 2 to 2.5 months
