Salesforce Consultant
Job Summary
To support a federal financial regulatory environment, the remote full-time Salesforce Consultant will lead projects focused on modernizing Salesforce capabilities, including migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, requirements leadership, and delivery support across configuration, testing, and deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from prioritization through concept development, user story writing, and support for development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with government leads to manage project enhancement requests and clarify objectives, constraints, and acceptance criteria
- Support Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration activities, including gap analysis, redesign, and post-cutover stabilization
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements in an Agile delivery environment, including story mapping and user story writing
- Hands-on experience with declarative configuration and automation, particularly Salesforce Flow
- Experience documenting business rules and processes using workflow diagrams and structured artifacts
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications
