Salesforce CPQ Product Owner
Job Summary
Owning the backlog and day-to-day delivery of the Configure-Price-Quote platform, the full-time Salesforce CPQ Product Owner will engage in business process work and agile delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and managing an offshore development team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, prioritize, and maintain the CPQ product backlog, balancing enhancement requests and technical debt against business value
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ, documenting and optimizing Quote-to-Cash business processes
- Facilitate discovery sessions with business users to capture requirements and translate them into functional designs for the delivery team
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in IT business systems, business analysis, or product ownership roles supporting enterprise applications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- 2+ years serving as a Product Owner in an agile/scrum delivery environment
- Demonstrated experience delivering Quote-to-Cash or CPQ solutions in a multi-product environment
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required
