Salesforce Data Cloud Architect
Job Summary
Serving as the technical authority in a remote contract role, the Salesforce Data Cloud Architect will manage the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Data Cloud, design integrations, and govern data modeling standards while ensuring compliance with federal data governance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data streams, identity resolution, and activation strategies
- Design and govern integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Data 360, and external systems
- Provide hands-on architectural leadership for Agentforce Voice and AI-driven engagement capabilities
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Data 360, and enterprise integration architecture
- Strong skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience designing complex Salesforce architectures in regulated environments
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant or equivalent advanced certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with PHI/PII compliance requirements and federal data governance standards (preferred)
