Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer, the full-time role will design, implement, and optimize enterprise data strategies while working remotely and focusing on data ingestion, modeling, and segmentation to enhance customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure data streams for ingestion from various sources and manage data stream health
- Map Data Lake Objects to Data Model Objects and configure identity resolution rules to deduplicate records
- Collaborate with marketing teams to build segments and optimize data activation targets for engagement channels
Required qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and data architecture principles
- Proficiency in SQL for creating calculated insights
- Familiarity with MuleSoft or other ETL tools for data integration
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is highly preferred
