Salesforce Data Developer
Job Summary
To support a large-scale CRM consolidation initiative, the full-time Sr Salesforce Data Developer will design and develop data migration pipelines for Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring accurate and compliant handling of patient and provider data while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop data migration pipelines from multiple legacy systems into Salesforce Health Cloud
- Implement data quality measures, including profiling, cleansing, and validation of migrated data
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and support cutover planning and execution
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data development or data engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce data migration experience
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills with experience in ETL tools
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and understanding of Person Accounts
- Familiarity with HIPAA data handling requirements and experience with PHI/PII
