Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
To shape the future of Salesforce development, the full-time remote Salesforce Developer will design, build, and own solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds while collaborating with a distributed team to establish technical standards and best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build solutions using Flow, Apex, and LWC, ensuring high code quality and adherence to technical standards
- Produce solution designs and technical documentation, running prototypes to validate approaches and triaging complex platform issues
- Contribute to automated test coverage and maintain a clean codebase while leveraging AI tools when beneficial for delivery
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative Salesforce tools like Flow and validation rules
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Billing packages, including understanding managed package constraints
- Proven ability to produce solution designs and technical documentation
- Familiarity with Gearset or similar DevOps tools for managing deployments
- Experience working in a small, distributed team across multiple geographies and cultures
