Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

Owning the Salesforce platform end-to-end, the full-time remote Salesforce Developer will manage daily administration, configuration, and custom development while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure the platform's health and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform, including debugging production issues and managing sandbox environments
• Design and develop custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and maintain API integrations with third-party systems
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring compliance with governor limits and long-term maintainability

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience, including Apex and Salesforce data model design
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flow and experience building Lightning Web Components
• At least 2 active Salesforce certifications spanning both the administrator and developer tracks
• Experience with REST or SOAP API integrations and a deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits
• 1 year of AI experience, particularly in implementing AI features within Salesforce
