Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
To enhance the HR customer experience, the full-time Salesforce Developer will develop and administer Salesforce platform solutions, including AI agents and Service Cloud integrations, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and administer systems on the Salesforce Core Platform, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to improve HR customer experience
- Build and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce and unify customer profiles with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Architect complex Service Cloud solutions integrating multiple systems and coordinate with IT teams for large strategic projects
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer
- 5 years of experience with Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations
- Experience building and deploying autonomous AI agents with Salesforce Agentforce
- Strong integration experience with Amazon Connect or AWS telephony ecosystems
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, processes, and best practices
