Key responsibilities
- Provide production support to users and troubleshoot issues
- Estimate, design, and develop enhancements to the Salesforce platform
- Lead offshore team members in the implementation of enhancements and production support tasks
Required qualifications
- Experience in Salesforce development, including declarative tools and programmatic concepts
- Proficiency with Salesforce DX for metadata deployment and package-based development
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, including REST and Bulk APIs
- Familiarity with core Salesforce platform concepts such as data modeling and permissions
