Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer, the remote role will manage ongoing production support for Salesforce applications, focusing on incident management, data fixes, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while collaborating with business stakeholders and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing production support for Salesforce applications, monitor system health, and respond to user-reported issues
- Triage production incidents by assessing impact and urgency, identifying potential causes, and coordinating resolution
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by investigating defects, coordinating fixes, and assisting business users with retesting
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, and platform best practices
- Experience with integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
