Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer, this remote position will manage ongoing production support, incident resolution, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while collaborating with business stakeholders and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing production support for Salesforce applications, monitoring system health and addressing user-reported issues
- Triage production incidents by assessing impact, identifying causes, and coordinating resolutions with stakeholders
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by investigating defects and coordinating fixes with business users
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, and platform best practices
- Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools, including Git and Salesforce DX
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
